An Oktoberfest the whole family can enjoy: otter-related children's activities, live entertainment and more!
In honor of the fun-loving North American River Otters, the St Louis Zoo will host Ottertoberfest, a fall event featuring traditional German biergartens, live music, kids' activities and more. At the biergartens, visitors can purchase beer, root beer, bratwurst, potato salad and other German specialties. Otter-related kids’ activities include an otterific obstacle course, otter tracks and crafts, designed for ages 2-10.
Activities will run from 10am-3pm each day and include a keeper chat at the Children's Zoo (10am) and Historic Hill (1:30pm).
From noon to 3pm enjoy live music in the biergartens:
Saturday, September 26: Deutschmeister Brass Band, Joe Tucci, Charles Block
Sunday, September 27: The Good Times Band
