On May 9, both the Greater St. Louis Dahlia Society and the Greater St. Louis Iris Society will be having shows at the Missouri Botanical Garden. New cultivars and old favorites are shown and/or sold by the area’s top growers, who are on hand to give plant care advice and share information about their organization.
The Dahlia show will be in the Orthwein Floral Display Hall and the Iris show will be in the Beaumont Room, both in the Ridgway Visitor Center, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Both shows are included with Garden admission or membership, and visiting the Garden before noon on Saturday is FREE to St Louis City or County residents.
